Auto-balancedThe client operated 4 branches with 2,500+ students across 3 curricula. Attendance was still on paper, teacher assignments took the principal 3 weeks each term, and parents rarely got timely updates.
We built a modular SaaS with an AI scheduling engine that considers teacher qualifications, workload balance, subject continuity and student performance to auto-generate optimal class assignments in minutes. Attendance was digitised via classroom tablets with face-recognition fallback, syncing offline-first.
Term-start prep dropped from 3 weeks to 4 days. Parent satisfaction (NPS) rose from 34 to 71. The platform is now being rolled out to 12 partner schools.
